Privacy
What RnR processes, why it is needed, and the controls available to you.
Information you choose to provide
RnR processes your Apple or Google account identifier and the account details that provider shares, conversations, reviewed voice transcripts, preferences, optional memories and profile facts, practices, commitments, feedback, and optional History Import material.
Voice and imported material
Microphone audio is sent for transcription only when you start a voice feature. RnR does not retain raw microphone or recorded-turn audio. You review a voice-message transcript before sending it. History Import sources are encrypted and expire after their review window. Generated speech and export files expire after 24 hours.
How RnR uses information
Information is used to provide the companion, recall choices, reviewed practices, account access, optional notifications, safety behavior, support, security, and privacy-safe service diagnostics. RnR does not sell personal information, show advertising, or track you across other companies’ apps and sites.
Service providers
RnR uses Apple and Google for sign-in, OpenRouter for model and audio processing, Expo for app delivery and optional push notifications, and infrastructure providers for encrypted storage, databases, networking, and operations. Each receives only the information needed for its function.
Your controls
You can pause recall; inspect, correct, or delete memories and profile facts; delete conversations and imports; choose transcript retention of 30, 90, 365 days or while your account remains active; export your information; revoke sessions; and delete your account.
Safety and support
Routine operational telemetry excludes message, transcript, imported-source, memory, email, audio, and notification content. Exceptional review of a reported response requires an authorized role, a reason, a short expiry, and an audit record.
Contact
For a privacy request, open RnR and choose You, then Help & support. You can exercise the core access, correction, export, retention, and deletion controls directly in the app.
